An Umrah performed in Ramadan carries a reward the Prophet ﷺ likened to Hajj — which is why the holy month is both the most sought-after and the fastest-selling time of year. Flights fill, Haram-close hotels raise rates week by week, and the famous last ten nights sell out months in advance.
We reserve Ramadan hotel allocations early each year, so our travellers pray Taraweeh in the Haram without a 30-minute walk back. Book 4–6 months ahead for the best combination of price and proximity — or call us for late availability, we often hold rooms others can't find.

When is Ramadan 2027?
Ramadan 2027 is expected to begin around 18 February and end around 19 March 2027, subject to moon sighting. The last ten nights — including Laylatul Qadr — fall in mid-March 2027.
How much does a Ramadan Umrah package cost?
Ramadan carries the year's highest demand. Our 2027 packages start from £1,195pp for the first ten nights, from £1,695pp for the last ten nights, and from £2,495pp for the full month — including flights, visa, hotels and transfers. Prices rise as allocations sell, so early booking genuinely saves hundreds.
Why do the last 10 nights cost more?
Because millions of pilgrims seek Laylatul Qadr in the Haram, hotel rates in Makkah peak in the final third of Ramadan. We pre-book allocations each year to keep our travellers close to the Haram at the fairest possible price.
Is fasting difficult while travelling for Umrah?
Travellers are Islamically permitted to defer fasts while journeying, though most of our pilgrims choose to fast — iftar in the Haram courtyard is an experience of a lifetime. Hotels we use all offer suhoor and iftar service.
How far ahead should I book Ramadan Umrah?
Ideally 4–6 months before Ramadan. By December most Clock Tower and Haram-view rooms for the last ten nights of Ramadan 2027 will be gone. Reserve with a deposit and pay the balance 6 weeks before travel.
