When is the best time to visit the Maldives?+
November to April is the dry season — sunny, calm and perfect for the beach, snorkelling and diving. May to October is quieter and better value, with occasional short tropical showers. We tailor every trip to your dates and budget.
How much does a Maldives holiday from the UK cost?+
Beach-villa escapes start from around £1,299pp (5★, 5 nights with flights), overwater honeymoons from around £1,999pp, and VIP private-island stays from around £3,499pp. Every package includes flights, resort, transfers and board.
Do I need a visa for the Maldives?+
No — all visitors, including UK passport holders, receive a free 30-day tourist visa on arrival. You simply complete an online arrival form (Traveller Declaration) before you fly, which we remind you about.
How long is the flight from the UK to the Maldives?+
Direct flights from London take around 10.5 hours; one-stop routes via the Gulf are popular and often better value. The Maldives is 5 hours ahead of UK time.
How do I get to my resort — speedboat or seaplane?+
It depends on the resort's distance from Malé. Nearby islands use a speedboat, while further atolls use a scenic seaplane (daylight only) or a domestic flight plus speedboat. We arrange and include every transfer.
Can I pay a deposit on a Maldives holiday?+
Yes — for departures more than two months away, secure your trip with a low deposit and pay the balance 12 weeks before you travel. We accept debit/credit cards, PayPal and UK bank transfer.
